Another contest in the books. Condx were quite okay but I had the feeling activity was way down compared to previous years. Might as well have been the condx, had the impression they didn’t allow for more than tier 1 and a few tier 2 stations to be worked. Band closed around 18z both days (only 5 QSOs afterwards) but opened to the West Coast both afternoons, at least for the big guns. Only state missing from the U.S. was Wyoming … Did a few QSOs Saturday evening and Sunday morning on 80/40 m, too, just to hand out a few more points. Seems the low band condx were quite nice! Doing an 80 or 40 m single band entry might have been a better choice but you never know upfront … 😉
