6 m Caribbean start + more 4 & 2 m ES

Day started with some ES to Malta on 4 m. Early afternoon the first Caribbean opening on 6 m this season working two new KP4 stations. 🙂 4 m then shifted to the west (G/EI), then southwest (EA). The skip got shorter and shorter and even enabled working several HB9 stations (7-900 km distance only) so MUF must have been very high. Was waiting for 2 m to open then and indeed, it happened:

Afterwards the 4 m ES continued to the southwest with more HB9 as well as DK5EW (JN48, just 680 km!) before the skip widened again. All in all another great day for the VHF DXer. 😉
