Two new squares on 6 m …

Not much VHF propagation today in JO73. Although there were a few openings and even 2 m Sporadic-E again it was all too far away from here. Only made a handful of 4 m QSOs in the late morning. But it was great to catch two new squares on 6 m in the afternoon. 😎

Also tried with OJØJR via Meteor Scatter on 4 m in the evening but reflections were sparse. While I heard him okay he didn’t copy anything from me despite only a 3 dB power difference. Well, he’ll be back on Market Reef in August so maybe better luck then. Just for fun I caught him afterwards on 60 m CW (matching our 80 m dipole, hi) for a new one which is not that difficult as I didn’t do a lot of ops on 60 m yet. 😉
